Dunkin' in New York

"Dunkin is always good, and this trip was for a Box of Joe & Box of Munchkins. First time at this location and was surprised at how busy it was, both inside & at the drive-thru. Of course the staff at Dunkin handled it all, even with a smaller selection of donut holes to work with. You cant go wrong with a coffee & donut"

"Reason for only three stars for atmosphere is because tabletops were dirty as if they had not been wiped clean after the previous customers left. Looking around I noticed that five of the six female employees were working very fast to get orders out. The sixth female employee was too busy holding a private conversation with a friend who had dropped in. She spent the entire time we were there - around 30 minutes - deep in conversation. I wondered if she was the manager as she seemed completely unconcerned that while her coworkers hustled to fill orders and provide customer service she carried on with her socializing with out any cares. I felt bad for the other employees. If the owner is reading this I hope he or she investigates and takes appropriate actions to discipline or fire this lazy employee."

"For the most part a good dunkin location. Drive thru service can be really slow though. Coffee was always spot on!!"

"One of the best Dunkins I've been to. I always go through the drive thru and it moves quickly, even if there is a line. My food is always made correctly and the employees are very kind and friendly! I've also noticed that the food is less greasy than some other Dunkins I've been to, which is a plus. I used to work at a Dunkin and from what I can tell this one is really well run! I love going here."

"Got myself a coffee this morning and seems pretty busy with drive thru and walk in. I was at the third on the line, Shauna was the cashier at the time and she was rocking it on the busy hour and still give me the smile and apologized for the wait."

"Val worked the store all by herself this evening and I had to make 2 trips. She was the lone worker and got me in and out. I hope dunkin sees her value and excellent quality work. Give Val a raise!!!"

"Tasty coffee and plain donuts but sometimes the donut is stale. You need to dunk it to make it softer. The toasted sesame & everything bagels are tasty. Just tell them not so much cream cheese. Lol"
